Working Hubs

To encourage members to get involved with the organisation, and to assist the office with resourcing, WIFT NZ welcomes expressions of interest from members who wish to participate in any of the following working hubs convened by the Executive Director:

• Wellington Events Hub: members meet regularly via email or in person to contribute to event planning and assist with on-the-ground delivery of events in the Wellington area.

• Research & Advocacy Hub: convened by WIFT NZ member and Christchurch Polytechnic Lecturer Ruth Zanker, in association with the WIFT NZ office, this group works on policy and research issues as they arise including the drafting of submissions on key issues.

• WIFT NZ Awards Hub: members assist the Executive Director in the planning and delivery of the annual WIFT NZ Awards.
