Auckland Film Society screens at the Academy, on Mondays at 6:30 pm, March - October (except public holidays).  Their 2010 programme features special screenings of works from Norman McLaren, Emir Kusturica and Guy Maddin, along with recent features from France and Germany, a look at the cinema of Iran, documentaries, classics and contemporary cinema from home and abroad.


WIFT members are entitled to the discount rate on Premier Card membership - $140 instead of $165, which works out at less than $5 a film. Premier Card membership is valid for a full 30-film season from date of joining (so if you join on 3 May 2010, your card is valid through to 3 May 2011.)
